One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish

On our second day of our little weekend getaway we went to the Boston Aquarium, which neither of us have been to since we were kids. The giant tank in the middle of the aquarium always was a highlight, and still is. Here's a shot of Murtle the turtle who is about 75 years old. The other highlight - the penguins! All of which, I believe they said, are rescued and rehabilitated birds that weren't candidates for rerelease. B, checking out one of the tropical tanks.

And this little yellow dude was one of our favorites - no idea what he's called, but he's so interesting!

On the walk back to the car we came across this little park with these sculptures that were suppose to represent buoy markers in the Boston Harbor - hence the "harbor fog" these sculptures were creating.

The aquarium looks wonderful! And I am in LOVE with your little yellow fish! Something about him is so endearing.

Someday I'd really love to go to Boston, and I'm sure the kids would love it. Guess that's a few years away...

Glad you had a weekend getaway for your anniversary! Congrats on 3 wonderful years!
