Our friends Tyler and Kristen have been productively updating their recently purchased house (to the point where we wonder if they sleep.....) and keeping us posted with their new blog. Well, after a month or so of seeing just how much they've accomplished in the past 2 or so months, we were feeling kind of lazy about our own home renovation list, so we tackled Project: Light the Kitchen.

We made a trip to an independent light store and finally found something we liked! Now to install....
And... Ta Da! Lights!
And even though I was helping, we didn't need the fire extinguisher!
It only took us two years to decide on replacement lights...now for the wall color :) Suggestions anyone?

I'm awful with paint colors, look at me, half our house is orange!
